PROBLEM:
My Crystal reports work in 90% of my user workstations. How do I determine what is interfering with the other 10% of the workstations? I believe these computers may have had at one time or another older versions of Crystal or WinQL loaded.
ANSWER:
The Crystal Decision web site has a Module troubleshooting tool for download.
The topic on their web site is "How to use Modules to diagnose driver-related issues"
It is a troubleshooting tool to compare the modules used on one computer versus another computer for a particular process. The Modules utility finds the differences between two processes to assist in isolating where the issue occurs.
