Some things you should know when using Crystal and VDF:
1) Do not use or deploy with Crystal Reports 9 reports the Crystal Reports' files installed in the Bin directory of Visual DataFlex. Those files are from Crystal Reports version 8 and may cause errors in your reports.
2) Data Access Worldwide regularly updates the Connectivity Kit with improvements and bug fixes. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you regularly check for new builds:
- Visit our Downloads Section of the web site and select Crystal Reports in the Select by Products combobox (look for the latest Connectivity Kit and respective Readme files)
- Visit our Crystal Reports area on the FTP site.
3) The Data Access Worldwide Knowledge Base is updated daily and is an excellent resource for the latest information about Crystal Reports, Connectivity Kit and all Data Access Worldwide products.
