Updated DataFlex 2022 release published - update now!

DataFlex 2022 (build 20.1.34.78) is an updated release that contains bug fixes for important issues reported by the development community. There is an important WebApp security fix and there are a number of important fixes in the runtime, compiler and updated installers. These issues were all new to DataFlex 2022.

Developers are encouraged to update now!

The updates are available as complete new installations, including the Studio, Server and Client installations, and replace the previous release (the original 20.1.31.70 build).

We have removed the prior published build from the Download center and all developers should update to 20.1.34.78 as soon as possible.

Installing the Update

• To install the update one first needs to uninstall any currently installed versions of DataFlex 2022.
   
• A reboot is required between uninstallation and installation of the new DataFlex 2022 build.
   
• Note that installing DataFlex 2022 after uninstalling a prior build will automatically reinstall the evaluation license and you will need to register your DataFlex Studio license after the installation completes. You can register from within the Studio (under Help | License Registration…) or using “Register DataFlex” on the “DataFlex 2022 – 20.1” Start Menu.
